Crafts

The other day when I was bored, I found some scrap felt and made this...

Sleepyside is the name of the town in my favorite book series...
the Trixie Belden Mystery books!

I hot glued all the letters on it, and it's now hanging on my bedroom wall!!

I absolutely love to knit mittens...

I made this pair for Ana! It only took me three days!!

And I made this pair for Elsie, for her birthday!!
Since they are so small...they only took me one day to make!!

Jessica

Jessica is due on November 28th...I can't wait!!
She and Nick don't know if the baby is a boy or girl...I think it'll be a boy!

Emma

Whenever my little sister, Emma, has loose teeth, it takes her a LONG time to pull them out...

they literally just hang there for a few weeks...or months, before she pulls them!!

Well, she had three loose teeth this last month...one fell out while wrestling with

Colter (well, it kinda got knocked out on an accident!) And the other loose tooth just held in there forever...she could actually put it over her bottom

lip...she looked like the lady from 'Nanny McPhee'!!

But finally it came out!!! It was one of the first teeth that she pulled out on her own!!

The third loose tooth is still in there...and it probably will be in there for quite some time yet because she's still acting pretty protective and stubborn about it!!

halloween

For Halloween we all went down to Ana and Brandon's house!! Brandon had a gig with his band for a Halloween party...so we all of us older kids went to the costume party!! Marissa, Emma, Elsie, Oliver, and Lilly went trick-or-treating around the neighborhood!! Marissa and Emma were girls from the 60's with their pink poodle skirts!!
Elsie and Lilly were bumble bees...Elsie was so excited to put sparkles on her cheeks!! and Oliver was a monkey...he looked so cute!!
